To be a good fit for the Customer Service Representative opportunity, you will have:
  • Experience in roles demonstrating:
    • Solid customer-facing skills.
    • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and accurately work in multiple platforms/applications simultaneously. 
    • Professional phone skills.
  • Experience in customer service or account management is preferred but not required.
  • A high school diploma; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer.
Just as important will be the following competencies and characteristics:
  • A strong work ethic, enthusiasm and a desire to grow.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivation, dependability and the ability to use independent judgment.
You will work an eight-hour shift between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

As a Customers Service Representative - Front End Recovery, you will work directly with clients and contracted repossession agents to coordinate and execute the repossession of assigned collateral. This will include utilizing online tools to interface with internal and external partners throughout the repossession effort. You'll be responsible for fielding inbound calls from agents, clients, and customers while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism, and maintaining industry compliance standards.

Call volume will be steady but can vary from day to day. The team works together in an arrangement that provides personal workspace as well as the ability to interact easily with others. The office includes a break room with coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators. We're also near many restaurants and shops.

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Providing timely and detailed updated account information to the client/lender per service level agreement (SLA) guidelines.
  • Building successful relationships with contractors and clients in order to service accounts.
  • Providing written or verbal communications to clients and contractors to:
    • Provide updates regarding account status and service levels.
    • Obtain any necessary documentation or guidance to pursue the collateral/customers.
    • Notify upon repossession of collateral.
  • Assisting with updates and account management for team.
  • Conducting account research when field representatives are unable to locate collateral based on account placement information.
