Collections, call center, investigation - if you're results driven, a number of backgrounds will fit
To be a good fit for the role of Skip Trace Investigator, you will have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required; an associate's degree or college coursework preferred Quick question for you - click here
- Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have collections / repossession (highly preferred), call center (preferred), or similar experience. A background or interest in law enforcement is a plus
- Knowledge or understanding of internet search tools (e.g. social media, public records, and other public tools) utilized to trace individuals and/or collateral.
- Computer proficiency including:
- PC knowledge with comfort working in Windows and learning proprietary and other systems. RDN experience preferred; experience with IBEAM or other skip tracing software is a plus
- Strong and accurate keyboarding skills, strong phone skills, and knowledge of Internet search tools
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including basic Excel skills (e.g., sort, filter and data entry) and Outlook or similar email software Quick question for you - click here
- The drive to meet resolution / repossession targets while working within legal and company requirements; a background working in an incentive- or commission-based role is a plus

Bilingual, English / Spanish is plus
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. for any employer

- Solid organization and time management skills with strict attention to detail; the flexibility to multitask/adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
